Part 1 of 4
If someone asked me what church I attend, I could name a specific church.
I consider myself a committed part of my church, attending regularly and giving in an intentional way.
I actively invest in relationships within my church, offering prayer, time, and practical help to others.
I share meaningful life rhythms with people in my church, practicing mutual care, vulnerability, and support.
I see my life as spiritually and materially intertwined with my church family, embracing shared responsibility and sacrificial partnership.
I am aware of promptings from the Spirit in everyday moments, even if I don’t act on them.
When I sense a prompting to give, help, or encourage, I act on it at least some of the time.
I intentionally create margin in my schedule, finances, or attention so I can respond when the Spirit interrupts my plans.
Responding generously has become instinctive for me, requiring little internal debate when a need becomes clear.
I sense promptings to bless others even when no need is evident, and I act on them.
I regularly notice the presence of suffering and injustice in the world around me.
When I encounter suffering, I feel emotionally affected rather than remaining detached.
I intentionally move toward people who are suffering rather than keeping my distance.
I accept inconvenience, discomfort, or financial burden in order to engage with someone who is suffering.
I remain committed to relationships with those who suffer, even when the need is ongoing and the results are slow.
I recognize that my life on earth has significance in eternity.
I feel a personal concern for the spiritual condition of people close to me.
My concern for the gospel extends beyond my immediate circle to include unreached people and global mission.
I intentionally direct portions of my time or financial resources toward advancing the gospel locally or globally.
I regularly evaluate life decisions in light of their eternal impact and God’s redemptive mission.
